Defenseman Kevin MacDonald played one game for the Ottawa Senators in 1993-94. He was a rugged hitter who mixed it up with the toughest customers on the opposition.
Born in Prescott, Ontario, MacDonald spent most of his junior career with the OHL's Peterborough Petes. He spent a year at St. Thomas University then split his first two pro seasons between the AHL and IHL. The rugged enforcer was signed by the Edmonton Oilers prior to the 1990-91 season but he saw all of his ice time with the Phoenix Roadrunners of the IHL.
Midway through the 1993-94 season, MacDonald came to terms with the Ottawa Senators. He saw action in one game for his new club but spent the rest of the season with the AHL's PEI Senators. MacDonald continued to move around the minors until he retired in 1998 and finished with nine 200-penalty minute seasons in his career.
