Defenseman Len Esau spent two seasons with the St. Cloud State Huskies before returning to Canada to turn pro with the Newmarket Saints. Esau, born in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan on June 3rd 1968 was a 1988 draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
