Left-winger Jack Duggan played 27 games for the Ottawa Senators in 1925-26. Apart from his one NHL season he was a successful senior player in Ottawa and a solid competitor in the Can-Pro League.
The Ottawa native played a number of years in the local senior league with the St. Brigids, Munitions, St. Pats and Montagnards. He played a decent checking role on the NHL's Senators in 1925-26 but failed to record a point. The rookie was often paired with Frank Finnigan and Hec Kilrea. Duggan retired in 1929 after three solid years in the Can-Pro League with the London Panthers and Niagara Falls Cataracts.
