Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Henry Dyck
Born on September 5, 1912 in Herbert, Saskatchewan forward Henry Dyck took a long and winding road to the National Hockey League. Dyck, who played both right wing and centre, represented twelve different cities over thirteen seasons of professional hockey before he surfaced in the NHL.

Dyck was rewarded for his perseverance with one game with the New York Rangers in 1943-44.

After reaching the NHL after a long professional career, Dyck had just one season left in him and he retired after playing the 1944-45 season with the Toronto Staffords.
