Defenceman Tony Feltrin played 48 NHL games in the 1990s with the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers. He was adept at playing the body as well as moving the puck up ice to help out wit his team's transition game.

Born in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Feltrin spent the 1977-78 season with the Nanaimo Clippers of the BCJHL. He then moved up to the WHL to help anchor the Victoria Cougar's blueline. In 1980 he was selected 72nd overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL Entry Draft. Following the 1980-81 junior season, the youngster was called up to play a pair of games with the Pens.

Feltrin played four games for Pittsburgh in 1981-82 but otherwise spent the bulk of his time with the Erie Blades of the AHL. In 1982-83 he was called upon to play half the season in the NHL and turned in a decent performance on the defensively-challenged Penguins. After he was stuck in the minors over the next two seasons, Feltrin signed as a free agent with the New York Rangers where he played 10 games in 1985-86. He retired following that season which wa spent mostly in the AHL with the New Haven Nighthawks.
