Bob Geale was a centre who played one game for the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1984-85. He was a creative offensive player in junior in the minors but could not replicate this success in the NHL.

The native of Edmonton, Alberta played in the AJHL with the Sherwood Park Crusaders before joining the Portland Winter Hawks of the WHL. He was taken 156th overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1980 the returned to junior where he recorded consecutive 30-goal seasons. He debuted as a pro with the AHL's Baltimore Skipjacks in 1982-83 and was a mainstay for four years before retiring.
