Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Bob Stewart
After three seasons with the OHA's Oshawa Generals, Robert Stewart was selected in the first round by the Bruins 13th overall in the 1970 amateur draft and was named to the leagues first all-star team. He spent the next season with the CHL's Oklahoma team before making a brief eight game NHL debut with the Bruins in the 1971-72 season.

That same year saw Stewart traded to the California Golden Seals and would play for them for the next four seasons until they moved to Cleveland where they became they Barons. Stewart was then claimed by Minnesota in the 1978 dispersal draft and was traded to the Blues the same day.

During his second season in St. Louis, Stewart was dealt one last time to the Penguins where he finished the year and hung up his skates for good.
