Legends of Hockey -- NHL Player Search -- Player -- Brendon Nash
Brendon Nash was born March 31, 1987 in Kamloops. British Columbia. A product of the prestigious Cornell University, Nash was undrafted and signed as a free agent by the Montreal Canadiens in March of 2010.

Nash would spend the majority of his first professional season in the American Hockey League with the Hamilton Bulldogs, but would get his first taste of NHL action in February 2011. He would play two games for the Canadiens before being returned to the American Hockey League.

A shoulder injury suffered in the training camp kept Nash out for the entire 2011-12 season. In summer of 2012 Nash and the Canadiens reached a one-year contract extension.

Nash missed the entire 2011-12 season after undergoing shoulder surgery in September 2011 for an injured suffered in training camp. On June 29, 2012 the Canadiens announced that Nash had been signed to a one year contract
