This limited-time exclusive Hockey Hall of Fame presentation features a captivating collection of artifacts, memorabilia and audio-visual productions that combine to pay tribute to "The Great One’s" legendary career. Many of the items that Wayne Gretzky and his family have cherished throughout his career are on display including numerous artifacts associated with his amazing resume of milestones and 61 NHL records. From Wayne’s first pair of skates at age 2 to his full set of equipment used during his final NHL game in New York, "Wayne Gretzky - The Legend" is a must-see attraction for fans of No. 99 and the game of hockey.
The Origins of the Game introduces people to the figures who first adapted
games of their homeland to the harsh North American climate. Guests are
introduced to the colourful debate that exists concerning who deserves
the most credit with respect to the origins of the game. The contributions
of J.G.A. Creighton in Montreal, W.F. Robertson and Captain James T. Sutherland in
Kingston are outlined along with the claim from Windsor, Nova Scotia in the ongoing
