Tips For the Traveler
Escalator Down Enter the Hockey Hall of Fame via our main entrance on the Shopping Concourse Level of Brookfield Place (formerly BCE Place). We're located in the southeast corner of the Concourse, nearby the Brookfield Place Food Court. Please note that there is no public access through the front doors of the historic bank building at Yonge and Front Streets.

Hand Stamp Although the average visit to the Hockey Hall of Fame is 3 hours, your admission is for the whole day. You'll receive a hand stamp, and you can leave and re-enter as many times as you want (for example, to grab lunch or visit another attraction). Many people spend an entire day with us, or combine a visit to the Hockey Hall of Fame with a sporting event or visit to the theatre).

PATH logo The Hockey Hall of Fame is connected to downtown Toronto's "PATH" system. This is an underground network of buildings, stores, restaurants, and hotels that are connected by pathways. So, for example, if your family is staying at a hotel connected to the PATH system during the coldest day of the year in Toronto, you could leave all your winter clothing in the hotel and PATH your way to the Hockey Hall of Fame in perfect comfort.

Wheelchair Symbol Wheelchairs and Strollers can reach every area in the Hockey Hall of Fame. For guests with wheelchairs and strollers there is an elevator located beside the steps to the Great Hall. The Hockey Hall of Fame also has one wheelchair for guests that might need it. There is no charge for the wheelchair, although we require an imprint of a major credit card. If you intend to use this service, we suggest you call ahead to reserve it for your visit - please call 416-360-7735 ext. 231.

Stroller Symbol Baby Changing Beds are located in both bathrooms. The restrooms are located next to Collector's Corner.

Smokers Symbol Smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the building including, but not limited to, entrances and lobbies, elevator lobbies, lavatories (handicap included), loading dock, elevators, freight elevators, stairways and garage.

To re-enter the Hall, just show your hand stamp to one of the Guest Service Associates.

Climate Controlled Summer Heat is never a problem at the Hockey Hall of Fame. Our entire facility is climate controlled and is especially refreshing on a hot summer day.

Food & Beverage Food and Drinks are not permitted to be brought into the Hockey Hall of Fame. Pepsi refreshment and snack machines are located inside the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Crowds Summer months, Christmas, and March Break are the Hockey Hall of Fame's busiest periods. For a more intimate experience we suggest making a special trip during the non-peak season.

Cameras Cameras are welcome at the Hockey Hall of Fame. Using our own in-house system, you can get high-quality prints of you together with Hockey's ultimate prize and even download digital copies afterwards. See details.

Lockers The Hockey Hall of Fame has no locker service or coat check available at this time.

Guest Services Guest Service Associates will be pleased to answer all your questions regarding the Hockey Hall of Fame, or about our city. On behalf of the Hockey Hall of Fame we hope you enjoy your visit and look forward to hearing your comments.
