In 1947, Art Ross donated a trophy to the NHL, which would be awarded to the player who led the league in points scoring during the regular season.

On December 1, 1949 this Gene Mack "Silver Anniversary" caricature of Art Ross appeared in the Boston Daily Globe.

R.W. Hewitson of the Hockey Hall of Fame requesting
permission to use the embroidered pocket watch
crest that was issued to his late father, Art Ross in 1959
by the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the grave site to commemorate his connection with the game of hockey.
