The unveiling of artwork honouring the 10 most significant events/highlights which influenced Hockey Hall of Fame operations since its move to BCE Place.
Official launch of Memorial Cup Magic - a new feature film playing in the Hartland Molson Theatre that highlights the history of junior hockey's greatest and oldest national prize. The film takes an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the 2002 Memorial Cup (won by the Kootenay Ice) while reflecting on past championships.
A special exhibit will be unveiled celebrating the history of the Memorial Cup from 1919 to present day.
Also of note, the original Memorial Cup, donated by the Canadian Hockey League, will be enshrined for permanent display here at the Hall on November 4th as part of the annual Induction Ceremony.
